What information will we use?
We will collect and use information about you during your membership of Voice to Voice. This information will consist of your name, email and phone number. It may also include images and videos taken of the Voice to Voice choir.
How will your information be used?
We will use your information:
- to contact you and disseminate information about new songs to learn, including lyrics and audio tracks
- to send out details of performances and events.
- in publicity materials.
When will your information be used?
We will use your information to carry out the terms and conditions of the contract you agree to by becoming a member of Voice to Voice. Within those terms and conditions, your information will be used when information on songs, performances and events are to be communicated to you. Images and videos may be used when publicizing Voice to Voice Choir.
How long will we keep your information?
We will keep your information for as long as you remain a member of Voice to Voice, that is until termination of the contract by either the member or Voice to Voice.
Who will we share your information with?
Voice to Voice will not share your information with any third party outside of Voice to Voice unless you have opted to allow your information to be shared specifically with
a named organization.
